DME and HomeCare Pharmacy Sales Reps
Responsible for outbound calls to educate potential customers on AmMed Direct's
products, services and program benefits. Requirements for this position include
a high school diploma and 1-2 years inside sales experience. The ideal candidate
for these positions will be experienced, motivated and goal oriented.
Customer Service Representatives
Responsible for promoting superior service to existing members by handling inbound
customer calls, placing welcome calls to new members, and making calls to check
on reorders and resolving order issues. Requirements include a high school diploma
and at least 1-3 years customer service experience. Must be able to work in a fast
pace environment.
Fulfillment Associates (warehouse)
Responsible for picking/packing and shipping out customer orders. Someone that has
solid warehouse work history and several years experience as a picker/packer and
shipper will be a great candidate for this position. Requirements are a high school
diploma or GED, picker/packer and shipping experience, must be able to pass a background
check, have a valid TN Drivers License, computer skills and can lift 60lbs.
Cash Posting Representatives
Responsible for ensuring that all monies received are posted 100% accurately in
the same business day. Requirements are a high school diploma or GED, at least 1
year experience and great organizational skills.
Customer Accounts Representatives
Responsible for providing administrative support through timely completion of customer
profiles. This includes but not limited to verification of customer insurance for
new sales and re-orders, responding to customer telephone inquiries regarding out
of pocket balances and collections of past due amounts.
Documentation Representatives
Responsible for delivering superior customer service by timely collection of documentation
to provide support to the sales enrollment, billing and customer care reorder departments.
Requirements are a high school diploma or GED, data entry skills and customer service;
health care experience is a plus.
Certified Pharmacy Technicians
Responsible for superior customer service by accurately and efficiently keying in
all order profiles into the computer system, and assisting the pharmacist in filling
orders. Requirements are a high school diploma or GED, data entry skills, Pharmacy
Certification and at least 2 years experience.
Claims Processing Representatives
Responsible for ensuring that claims are properly billed and paid in a timely manner
by third party payers.
